How to use
Free online PDF to Excel converter: detects rows and columns in your PDF, extracts every page and exports an XLSX workbook or CSV. Page ranges, multi-page merge, header row and automatic number detection, all processed locally without uploading.
- Works on text-based PDFs: scanned or image-only pages have no text layer and need OCR first.
- Lower the column gap if columns stay merged; raise it if columns are split too finely.
- A gap only becomes a column break when enough rows share it - tune it with row support.
- Merged mode skips repeated header rows on later pages; pick one sheet per page to check pages individually.
- With number detection on, amounts and counts become real numbers while zero-padded codes stay text.
