About this tool
Drop a photo in and the tool reads the EXIF and text metadata hidden inside the file: camera make and model, lens, capture time, aperture, shutter, ISO, focal length, and the most sensitive piece of all — GPS coordinates. Pick what to keep, hit clean, and the metadata segments are cut straight out of the file bytes. There is no re-encoding and no second compression, so pixels and quality stay exactly the same and the file only gets smaller. Everything happens locally in your browser; your photos are never uploaded.
